County Coaching Coordinator

The 3 County Bowling associations in Northamptonshire are offering the opportunity to become “The County Coach / coach coordinator” for the Indoor and Outdoor Bowling Clubs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who would like to input into the future development of coaching bowls in Northamptonshire. The County Coaching Coordinator role is predominantly administrative. The main duties include building a comprehensive coaching database, ensuring that coaches on the ground are receiving up to date information. To liaise with County Coaching Associations and Clubs ensuring that all courses and modules are coordinated locally and to identify local bursary pots.
Successful candidates will:
Have an interest in / experience of bowls coaching.
Have good administrative skills.
Have a clear understanding of why people take part in coaching activities.
Be willing and able to attend centrally organised meetings.
Be willing and able to undertake training to support the role.
Be willing and able to undertake tasks as a member of the full group and smaller working groups.
